What if I can’t log in? Sometimes the person in your company who created your listing will have moved and their login administrator email address will no longer be valid. This will prevent you from logging in. If so, please email us at [email protected] and we will help.

To this end, when creating or updating your listing, please ensure that the login administrator email address you enter will always remain up to date – we suggest using something generic, such as [email protected] or marketing@companyname.
