Obituary of Joszef Ignac Sztojka
On July 27, 2022, Joszef Sztojka died peacefully in his sleep. Predeceased by his mother and father, he was one of 5 siblings, including Szidi, Rezso, Elvira, Melinda and Benedek. He was born on November 24, 1961 in Györ, Hungary. After spending a few years of his young adult life in the United States, he returned home where he met his second life partner, Krisztina Sztojka. A year before moving to Canada in 2000, they had their eldest daughter Izabella, who was followed by three other children, Diana, Brenda and their son Noval.
Joszef was constantly on the move and busy with his work, while providing for his family. Jozsef always had a strong work ethic and persevered despite the health conditions he faced. In his spare time, Joszef enjoyed playing instruments and singing with his friends, playing for his children growing up, as well as working and fixing cars.
He will be deeply missed by all of his friends and family, and his memory will be lived on by his four children. We love you.
Arrangements entrusted to George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines. There will be a funeral service to pay respects on August 3, 2022. .
