Online Directory Cannot End Person Finding Privacy Lawsuit

United States District Judge Elaine Bucklo said RocketReach could not convince her that Illinois advertising law exempts the company from alleged use of the identity of the company. complainant named Aimee Krause and other Illinois residents to advertise paid access to her comprehensive people search directory.
