Together We Served Launches New “Veteran Finder” App for Veterans Day

Together We Served (TWS) is proud to offer all veterans the ability to find and connect with people they served with using its new free app “Veteran Finder”, specially designed for veterans. Android and Apple mobile phones.

Find veterans quickly and easily

Based on its acclaimed “Veterans Roll of Honor” tribute website, TWS’ app is a comprehensive directory of its community website’s 2.1 million veteran members. Organized by branch of service and with an easy-to-use search function, veterans can discover people they trained or served with in their former units, squadrons, ships or bases. By simply clicking on their name and logging in, veterans can view their full service history, including medals and awards, insignia and badges, unit basic training, unit assignments, combat/non-combat operations, as well as photos and memorabilia.

Contact can be made via a convenient and secure “Send message to this member” link, which will send a personal email to the recipient.

Join the app for free

Veterans who aren’t already on the app are welcome to join so others they’ve served with can also find them and reconnect with them. Joining the app is easy – just click on one of the “Join” links displayed on the app or the link below. There is no cost to join the app, which includes a free one-year premium subscription to Together We Served.

Important military memorial

Apart from being a prolific veteran finder, the app is also a poignant memorial to all servicemen and women who have lost their lives serving our country from the Vietnam War to the present day. Each of the dead is honored with a special tribute entry.
