HICKORY – The Small Business Center at Catawba Valley Community College (SBC) will present two free webinars on Monday, September 20 to help small businesses find themselves on the Internet.
The SBC will present “Secrets to Optimizing Your Search Engine Rankings†on September 20 from noon to 1:15 p.m. Building a website is great, but it’s essential that customers find your website on Internet. This webinar offers attendees search engine optimization strategies to improve visibility and drive traffic to their website by focusing on keywords, links, and URLs.
The SBC will present “Building Your Online Marketing Plan†on September 20 from 5:00 pm to 6:15 pm This webinar provides a framework and tactics for developing a digital marketing plan, with a focus on the five steps to winning. on the web: to be found online; be ranked on search engines; get engagement through social media; get leads and become smarter with online metrics.
These two programs will be presented as a webinar, allowing participants to access the program from their computers and mobile devices. Participation is free, but pre-registration is required and registered participants will receive login information.
